Development Opportunities

Our Township welcomes the opening of the Southern Beltway, on schedule for fall of 2021.  Intersecting township road Ft. Cherry Connector provides easy access from the foot of Ft. Cherry Road in Primrose to SR 980.   The U.S. Rt. 22 to Interstate 79 Project has positioned Robinson Township for steady growth for years to come.  The Beltway, coupled with our close proximity to the Pittsburgh International Airport and Downtown Pittsburgh has made Robinson Township an attractive place for businesses and new home builders.
